A'Shiah is a food lover from Atlanta, Ga, with deep roots in the Bayou. Her influences come from her travels worldwide but begin on the trips back home with her grandmother to Lake Charles, Lousiana. Each recipe tells a story, showcasing the unity of cultures in the diaspora.
